The Vision behind CleanEnergy Project

The CleanEnergy Project is a seismograph and communications platform for the gobal energy revolution. Every day, we see new technologies, ideas and solutions emerge which move us closer to the goal of a zero carbon, sustainable economy. This portal is home to the scientists, entrepreneurs, technology developers and experts who observe and galvanize this change from various corners of the world.

Debate is the natural form of such a platform, and debate is what we would like to inspire with intensity, acumen and passion. Is it a gesture of communism if we force owners of new homes to include PV roofs in their house’s design? What prompted the Sheiks in the United Arabian Emirates to experiment with Solar power? Will driving a car turn into a luxury activity? Who are the green power rebels of China? Are second generation biofuels really solving the issues that arose around the first generation, or are they bringing up new issues?

This portal was made possible thanks to the cooperation between the U.S. ecologist Dr. Maiken Winter, a Climate Project speaker who was trained by Nobel Price Laureate Al Gore, as well as numerous scientists, journalists and businesses who advocate the growth of renewable energies.
